Personal Run Coaching

While you can easily google “marathon training plan,” download the fanciest looking PDF, and stick to it to the best of your ability… The reality is that those plans do not account for who YOU are. Whether it be your training history, injury history, lifestyle, or simply that you don’t like running on Wednesdays because you need to save energy for Trivia night, you won’t get that with a PDF.

With one of our coaches by your side, you will receive a personalized training calendar that is updated weekly, weekly communication with your coach, race strategy discussions, and more. Not only that, but we will help you push your body to its limits while considering the reality of your life, while applying motivation at the right times to keep you healthy and make you FAST.

Running Form and Plyometric Sessions

We’ve all been there: you’re running down the road and you think to yourself “damn, this hurts, I don’t feel smooth, but I wouldn’t say I’m tired… In fact, if I felt more relaxed, I could run all day.”

Proper running form can help increase running economy, increase power output, reduce risk of injury, and generally make you faster. It can also help you achieve the coveted “flow,” where the body feels smooth, and the aerobic effort is welcomed.

We can help you achieve this by working 1-on-1, in person, over the course of a training session. We will guide you through your warm up, your run, post-run strides, and a series of drills, plyometrics and agility exercises. These are all aspects of your daily run that we will break down, and help you improve on.

Personal Strength Coaching

It’s no secret that strength training can help runners. A stronger body produces more power with each stride, while also using less energy because of an increased level of efficiency. And while some aspects of our strength programs are geared towards increased power, we also understand that a strong runners needs to be durable.

One of our strength coaches will work with you through 1-on-1, in person, guided strength training sessions. These sessions are catered to your specific needs with your goals in mind.

We also offer personalized strength training programs that are updated weekly by your personal strength coach. This gives you access to demonstrative videos, as well as weekly communication with your coach.
