Writing a training plan is easy… But to create a holistic training program that accounts for an athlete’s specific body type, lifestyle, personality and mental hurdles… well that’s a whole different challenge. At New York Endurance, we strive to work with the human behind the runner. With all of life’s ups and downs, it’s important to have somebody who can help you adjust and navigate through unpredictable training situations.
